Our Yoga Bolsters have been made specifically for yoga practice as they provide a stable support. The Yoga Bolster is used to support the spine or head when used in some yoga postures. Ideal use for recuperative postures like Supta Baddhakonasana (Supine Cobbler pose) and restorative postures like Viparita Karani (Legs up the Wall pose). Alternatively you can place a bolster under your knees during Savasana / Mrtasana (Corpse pose) to release the pressure on your lower back.
Our Yoga Bolsters are cylindrical and filled with Cotton Batting. The removable cotton cover is machine washable and the Yoga Bolster has an integral carrying handle.
